He is very shy at first and will need at least a few days to adjust to a new environment before he begins to come out of his shell and you see his true personality. Give him a little time and patience, and you will be incredibly rewarded.<br/><br/>Once he feels safe, this sweetheart loves nurturing his human family, but don't let his gentle side fool you--he's also got a wonderfully spunky streak. Odie loves to burst into action, jumping high and running free with pure joy before winding down for a peaceful nap in his favorite cozy corner. With his perfect mix of caretaking affection and playful energy, Odie is ready to bring endless love and entertainment to his forever home!<br/><br/>Odie will be in for adoption hours Thursday 9/24 from 3-7pm and again Saturday 9/26 from 10-4 pm. Our kittens are typically in for adoption hours Wednesday 9/9 3p-7p and Saturday 9/12 10a-4p.<br/><br/><br/>Please note that ALL dogs and cats are available to the first home that meets the dog or cat that we feel is a good match. In order to help make the best match, we do want all family members (dogs and humans) to meet any potential new family member. <br/><br/>Our adoption center hours are: Closed Sunday/Monday; Tuesday 10a-2p, Wednesday 3p-7p, Thursday 3p-7p, Friday 10a-2p, Saturday 10a-4p. We are located at 952 W Melody Avenue in Gilbert (zip code 85233).All animals are altered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, licensed (dogs). Cats tested for FELV/FIV. Dogs tested for Heartworm. All animals are available to the first family that is a good match, and if we have more than one animal who is a good match, there will be a lottery for all matches. Note that families must have come in to our adoption center and spoken with an adoption counselor prior to any lottery (when we have lotteries, they usually occur on Saturday mornings).
