October's Story

Hi, my name is October. I am estimated to be about 4 years old. I came to the shelter 11/4/25 as part of a cruelty case. I was confined to a cat carrier for as long as I can remember. I had no litter box, no bed, no blanket, nothing. Just food and sometimes water. Since coming to the shelter, I now use my litter box, snuggle up in my cozy bed, soak up all the attention I can get from staff, and of course, go crazy for toys. They're definitely my favorite. Ive never been in any type of home before so adjusting to a new home will probably take me some time. If there's someone patient who would welcome me into their home as a part of their family, I would be so beyond grateful. I can't wait to find a real family.
