OCEAN's Story

SPAYED FEMALE
APPROXIMATELY 16 WEEKS OLD

Ocean is a sweet, gentle and playful little girl with a curious streak and an athletic side. She’s a little more reserved than her sister Marina, but as she’s settled into her foster home, more and more of her affectionate and funny personality has started to shine through.

She loves being petted and talked to and butt scratches are a particular favourite! One of her favourite games is hunting for a hand moving underneath a blanket or watching cat tv on YouTube. She’s curious and has grown much more confident during her time in foster care.

Ocean can still be cautious with unfamiliar spaces, people or experiences, so she’ll do best in a somewhat quieter home with someone willing to give her a little patience while she settles in. Once she feels safe, she is an incredibly sweet girl, and I suspect there is a very cuddly cat waiting to fully emerge once she bonds with her forever person.

Ocean came from a remote island and has already made wonderful progress learning that people and homes can be safe. She would be a lovely match for someone who enjoys earning a cat’s trust and watching that relationship blossom.

Ocean currently lives with other cats in her foster home and does well with them.

We strongly recommend that kittens have a cat playmate. They bond and amuse each other, and are happier and less bored. If you don't already have a young cat, please consider adopting another kitten to keep Marina company. We offer a discount when you adopt more than one cat.

Ocean has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, vet checked, and vaccinated. Her medical records will accompany her upon adoption.

If you would like to be Ocean's new family, please submit an application using this link: HTTPS://CRPAWS.ca/adoption If you are interested in more than one CRPAWS cat, include all their names on your application.

Every application is considered carefully by our small but mighty team of volunteers. We will be in touch as soon as possible, normally in 3 days or less.
