Oakland is a handsome orange tabby born in June 2024 with a heart as warm as his beautiful coat. Since arriving at the shelter, he has blossomed into one of our favorite greeters, proving every day what a truly special cat he is.<br/><br/>This gentle boy free roams in our cat trailer, where he happily welcomes visitors, supervises paperwork, and makes everyone feel right at home. Oakland has never met a stranger—he loves attention, leans into every pet, and has the sweetest, most affectionate personality. He gets along wonderfully with the other cats in the trailer and enjoys being part of the daily activity while still maintaining his calm, gentle nature.<br/><br/>Oakland has been diagnosed with stomatitis and is currently receiving treatment. Despite this, he remains happy, loving, and eager for affection. His condition certainly doesn't define him—it simply means he'll need an adopter who understands his medical needs and is willing to continue giving him the care he deserves.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a kind, easygoing companion who will greet you at the door, keep you company throughout the day, and reward every gentle touch with endless love, Oakland is ready to steal your heart.
