Nubbin

Nubbin or "Nubs" (named after his short tail) is a gentle, shy boy who thrives in a calm, quiet home. While he can be nervous around people—especially when there’s lots of movement—he grows more confident when things are calm and predictable. He will likely hide when people are up and walking about but ventures out when everyone is relaxing. Independent and low-maintenance, Nubs is happy as long as he has a cozy safe space, toys, and, most importantly, a feline companion.<br/>He absolutely must live with another cat—he adores having a buddy and is at his happiest when he has one to play and bond with. Though he’s not a fan of being held, he may quietly join you on the bed or even your lap once he truly trusts you (bonus points if his cat friend is there too!).<br/>Nubs loves simple toys like springs, corks, and crumpled paper, and will come running for a wand toy or even “Cat TV.” He’s also a skilled little bug hunter. Because of his sensitive nature, he’ll do best in a patient, experienced home without dogs or young kids.<br/>With time and understanding, Nubs will blossom—offering sweet companionship, especially to another lucky cat.
