Nora's Story

Nora is a beautiful DSH tortoiseshell female born approximately 1/8/2026.

Meet Nora!

Nora is one of six kittens born to a community cat in a Garland apartment complex, and she’s grown into a sweet, playful girl with a thoughtful side. She has a unique half-face marking and a sleeker, shorter coat than her sister, Elvie, giving her a striking look.

Nora can be a little reserved when she first meets new people, but once she warms up, her playful personality shines. She loves chasing the laser light, batting at “Da Bird” feather toy, and diving into tunnels or cardboard boxes filled with crinkly tissue paper. She’s also a fan of lounging up high on the cat tree, where she can watch the world outside—or even enjoy a YouTube fish aquarium video.

She gets along well with her siblings and other cats, uses a corrugated scratcher like a pro, and has a healthy love of food and playtime. Nora hasn’t been exposed to dogs or young kids yet, so a calm, patient home would help her feel secure and thrive.

Nora is microchipped and currently in a loving foster home. Her adoption fee is $105.
