Nora's Story

NORA
AVAILABLE
LONG TERM RESIDENT
Please help this beautiful and friendly girl find a home. She has been posted several times and attended an event without any interest at all. Did you know gray tabby cats are greatly overlooked in shelters? Let's help Nora not be in that statistic.
Nora is a very friendly 3-1/2-year-old girl with beautiful eyes, and she is looking for her forever home! She came in as a boarder and after two years of waiting, was never claimed, so we put her up for adoption. We put her in a room with other cats and she did okay, although she could be hissy at first. She will greet you at the door, beg for attention, is very playful with toys, and did pretty well in her free roaming room. Then we moved her to a new room where she could be seen by more people, but she didn't get along with the new girls in that room so she is now in a cage, and the cats from her free roaming room have been adopted. We know it isn't ideal for Nora, but we aren't able to give cats their own room when they have problems with other cats, and we hate to see her live her life in a cage. She gets along with some cats and not with others, so we need her to go to a home with no other cats or be willing to take your time and do proper introductions to make sure. She's loving and super friendly with her people, likes being picked up and petted, she's chatty at times, she has lots of personality, and we know she'd be a great companion. Nora is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
Please email citizensanimalrescue@gmail.com for an application and contact 217-799-8858 or 217-655-4353 with any questions. We are located at 609 East 5th Street Tilton IL 61833.
https://www.facebook.com/CaraRescue/posts/1233661732133735
