Meet the Backyard Ninja Kittens — Smart, Spicy, and Ready for Love <br/>Estimated birthday: 4/6/26<br/>These four kittens didn't come from a dramatic rescue scene — but their story is still one of grit, patience, and heart. They were born in a backyard in Tolleson, likely to a mama cat left behind when the previous homeowner moved away. With no human socialization and no one watching over them, they grew up clever, cautious, and very good at avoiding capture.<br/>It took over a week to safely catch these smart little ninjas. They were tiny, identical, and so quick that their foster used different ponytail holders just to tell them apart. Once they arrived at Desert Paws, they were placed with Brodi — our resident kitten tamer — who helped them learn that humans can be safe, gentle, and full of love. Their transformation from spicy backyard babies to affectionate indoor kittens has been incredible.<br/><br/>Meet Noney<br/>Noney is the lovebug of the group. She purrs almost instantly when picked up and happily climbs into your lap whenever she wants cuddles.
