Nola & Maggie's Story

Nola and Maggie are bonded female cats who are looking for a new home, after being left behind when their owner moved out of state. Nola is the beautiful tortoiseshell, and Maggie is the fun white and black spotted cat. They are both about a year old. Both girls are shy around new people and environments. Nola took a couple of days to come out of hiding after moving to her foster home and Maggie held strong and stayed hidden for about 5 days. They are both coming around to being pet, Nola runs to familiar visitors. We would like them to stick together for what hopefully will be their last move to support each other. We are in the process of introducing them to other cats and a dog. Nola is still unsure of the dog; Maggie chooses to stay away. They were around and got along very well with children in their previous home.

Nola and Maggie will be adopted as an indoor only family pets. They have been spayed, tested negative for fe-leuk/FIV, been dewormed and are up to date on all shots. To start the adoption process please call or text the Humane Society at (320) 808-3497. The adoption fee is reduced when adopting a pair to $50 per cat plus tax (total $106.88).
