I’m Noel, and I’ve got a PhD in smooching humans. I’m obsessed with showing affection — and I’m known at the shelter for puckering up every chance I get. To be honest, I’m a little puzzled about something… I’m one of the last kittens left in the room, which has everyone here scratching their heads — especially since I have so many kisses to give! I get along wonderfully with other cats, and I’d probably do well with a dog too (but I can be dog-tested to make sure everyone gets along). With my sunny, friendly, and easygoing personality, I love exploring, snuggling, and simply enjoying life with people who give me love in return.
