Meet Nimble!<br/><br/>Born in August 2025, Nimble's story started outdoors alongside his sister, Winnie. A kind person opened their garage so the local stray cats would have a safe place to sleep and left food out for them from a distance. While that generosity helped Nimble survive, he had never experienced human interaction and arrived in rescue absolutely terrified of people.<br/><br/>Learning to trust has been a slow journey, but Nimble has made incredible progress. With lots of patience and love from his foster mom, he discovered that people can be safe. Today, he confidently runs around the house like he owns the place. Whether he's zooming after his favorite toys, climbing his cat tree, or birdwatching from the window, his big personality shines through every day.<br/><br/>Nimble is the perfect mix of sass and charm. He enjoys pets when he's in the mood and isn't shy about letting you know when he's had enough. He's not a clingy lap cat, but he loves being near his people and will happily sleep by your legs at night if hes not out playing.<br/><br/>One thing everyone should know about Nimble: he is extremely food motivated. Treats are the quickest way to his heart, and they have played a big role in helping him build confidence.<br/><br/>While Nimble has come a long way, he's still learning that new people can be trusted. His foster family is continuing to introduce him to different people, and he's making great progress every day. He'll do best with a patient adopter in an adults only home who understands that trust takes time and is willing to let him set the pace. Nimble thrives on companionship from other cats so that is a must in his new home. Our adoption fee is $300 per cat.<br/><br/>All have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. All cats are tested for FeLV/FIV at six months of age.
