Nicole's Story

I am named after Nicole Kidman, a famous red head because solid orange FEMALE tabbies are a bit unusual too! I was roaming an apartment complex and made friends with a young couple there who couldn't take me in (apt policy) and wanted me to find a great new home. I was a bit spicy when I first came to paws - a lot of firsts that week ( carrier, car ride, new people, other rescued cats close by - I wasn't yet spayed and in heat) but things have settled down for me and I have too a little bit - spaying helped! I still growl when presented with a new situation just a little bit - old habits die hard sometimes.

We are open to all lifestyles and believe responsible pet owners are a very diverse group of people. We require an Adoption Request Form to be completed on all potential adoptions.
