Neptune's Story
Meet Neptune, a 4.5-month-old (as of 1/3/26) medium-haired gray kitten with soulful eyes you can easily get lost in and a tiny white tip on his tail that makes him extra distinctive. Wand toy play is his favorite way to engage, particularly when he can watch his siblings interact first, which helps him feel safe enough to join in. While he's working on his shy side with humans and is still learning to feel comfortable around people, Neptune shows a surprising curiosity when it comes to meeting new cats and especially dogs.

Neptune would thrive in a calm, patient home that allows him to build trust at his own pace. He would do wonderfully with one of his siblings or in a home with a friendly, confident cat or gentle dog who can help encourage his curiosity and support him as he continues to grow in confidence and comfort.

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with their initial age-appropriate vaccinations. Kittens have an adoption fee of $200 each or $300 for a bonded pair. Kittens must be adopted in pairs unless there is another young, energetic cat in the home. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.
