Nate's Story

Nate....he can be slow to warm up to you but when he does, it's pretty special.

He may be the smaller brother but he takes on a leading role in so many ways. His role as litter box inspector is taken very seriously and he will recheck your work several times to ensure it's exactly the way he prefers. And he has volunteered to be the taste tester for ALL bowls at mealtime to ensure that the chef has prepared the meal to his standard. And of course, there's cleanup time. When his siblings walk away leaving food on their plate, he will move from bowl to bowl to deal with the leftovers.

Nate seems to prefer to hang out on soft beds or tucked into the tent but when playtime comes, he's in the lead. Most toys are acceptable although wand toys and ping pong balls are at the top of the list and he mastered the mystery of the "red dot" pretty quickly.

Not completely black, in the light, the brownish tone and swirls/stripes may not be as prominent as his siblings, but they are there. And those eyes, judging yes but also like he's just hoping he will be chosen for love and will reward you with a sweet purr. Nate would be a good brother/partner to Miranda as he is willing to teach her to be brave. The family has had no exposure to children or dogs.
