Nacho & Queso ~ Courtesy Post's Story
Meet Queso & Nacho 🧡

These handsome 5-year-old brothers are being listed for adoption as a courtesy post through Boomer’s Best Buddies Rescue. Queso and Nacho are deeply bonded and must be adopted together.

Nacho (more tannish orange with white on both sides of his face) and Queso (a richer orange) are both big, lovable boys weighing around 14–16 lbs. They are incredibly sweet, playful, and full of personality. They enjoy watching the birds from an enclosed porch, soaking up the sunshine, and curling up in a warm, cozy spot for naps.

These boys are affectionate in their own special ways. Nacho loves to be held and will happily ask for hugs, melting into your shoulder with a loud, content purr. Queso is more of a “snuggle-next-to-you” kind of guy—he’ll make biscuits before settling in and purr just as loudly, especially at bedtime.

Like many cats, they can be a little spicy at times, so an adult-only home with no young children would be best. They also need to be the only cats in the home, as they are not a good match for other felines. It is unknown how they would do with dogs.

Both boys are healthy and have great appetites. Nacho does have a slight occasional limp in one of his hind legs due to an old injury prior to coming into his current home, but it does not impact his quality of life—he simply knows when to take it easy.

Queso and Nacho are very loved, and their current family is committed to finding them the perfect home where they can thrive together.

If you’re interested in adopting, please fill out an application boomersbestbuddies.com
