Mu'tasem, the Kindest Angora Mix Kitten

Hey there! My name is Mu'tasem. That's a strange name, I know, but it means dignified and proud in Arabic. And that's what I am, a dignified little kitten. My rescuer found me standing in the middle of the street, literally, in Amman, Jordan, with cars zooming past me. She soon realized that I was deaf and that I wouldn't make it on the street. I was soon in her lap heading to the vet, purring the whole way there. Everyone at the vet's and the foster's home fell in love with me. They will tell you how sweet and affectionate I am. And oh, don't let my lack of hearing fool you! I am an astute, bright and lovable little guy. I just need you to show me that you are there.
