Meet Mustang The Ultimate Lovebug Looking for His Forever Home! Mustang is a 5.5-year-old sweetheart with a heart as big as his fluffy grey coat. This handsome boy was likely left behind, but he never lost his loving spirit. When he was found, he was not only very skinny but also starved for affection. He knew just where to go to find kindness, and since arriving at the rescue, he has filled both his belly and our hearts. Mustang is a gentle, affectionate cat who adores being petted and brushed. His favorite pastime? Chasing balls and playing with all sorts of toys! He also enjoys spending time in the catio, where he can safely experience the outdoors without any worries. Mustang is FIV+, but don't let that deter you! Research has shown that FIV-positive cats can live long, healthy lives and can safely share a home with non-infected cats. Veterinarians, including the feline experts at the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP), strongly discourage euthanasia or discrimination against FIV+ cats, as they are just as deserving of love and a forever home.
