Mr. Smirk's Story
Mr. Smirk earned his name honestly: he has a little marking on his chin that makes him look like he is quietly judging you, plotting something, or smirking at his own private joke.

This handsome little cow-cat has come a long way since being rescued from a difficult hoarding situation. He may still be cautious with sudden movements, but once he feels safe, his joyful side comes out. Mr. Smirk gets zoomies, plays with toys, and goes absolutely bonkers for the laser pointer. He is not a sleepy old man — he is a playful, active, curious cat with a lot of personality.

He also really enjoys other cats. He would likely do well with a friendly, playful feline companion who wants to chase, wrestle, or share space.

Mr. Smirk has unique gray-and-white markings, including his signature smirk, and a raspy little voice to match his character.

He is looking for a patient home that will approach him gently, let him build trust, and appreciate the strange little treasure he is: playful, funny, social, resilient, and very, very smirky.

If you're interested, or have any questions, please reach out! adoption@acatsliferescue.org
