He has been through some difficult times in a previous home that have left him distrustful of people. Despite this, he does want company - just at an acceptable distance.<br/><br/>Mr Lulu needs a very quiet and calm home where objects and furniture do not move around a lot due to his blindness. He is very adaptable, of course, but stability is what he truly desires. He needs a human or humans who will be very patient with him as he acclimates to his new home and comes out of his shell. He also needs the freedom to be upset sometimes. Recovering from trauma is not a fast process and he deserves the best.<br/><br/>He needs a home that has no children and ideally no other pets. It is possible that he could cohabitate with another aloof cat but he has not been receptive to his current fosters' cats so is currently spending a lot of time in his room alone, which is not fair to him. He wants the freedom to explore but to not be touched, he wants to be around you and hear you but not be perceived.<br/><br/>Mr Lulu has his own heated blanket and duvet which belong to him. He is currently on a prescription vet diet for urinary crystals that should be maintained. He also requires a couple litter boxes as he doesn't like to use one twice.
