You'll be able to meet available kittens in the shelter. <br/>(Kittens in foster care are not available for in-person visits.)<br/><br/>#2- ADOPT SIGHT UNSEEN <br/>If you're ready to adopt without meeting the kitten first, we can help over the phone or by email. (413) 781-4000 x 1 springfield@dakinhumane.org. We are often helping other clients when you call, but we return voicemails and emails within 24 hours.<br/><br/>Kittens are adopted on a first come, first served basis, and we're not able to place holds on them.<br/><br/>All kitten adoption fees include; <br/>-spay/neuter<br/>-rabies vaccination (if over 12 weeks of age)<br/>-current on distemper vaccines (will need additional boosters with your veterinarian)<br/>-FeLV blood test<br/>-microchip implanted & registered to the adopter<br/>-treatment of fleas/ticks/ear mites<br/>-veterinary exam and health certificate at Dakin<br/>-free vet exam within 30 days after adoption with participating veterinarians<br/>Most pets have also received other medical care while with us. Your veterinarian may recommend additional health care for your new pet.
