Monty's Story
Meet Monty!!

Monty is a sweet, adorable, and delightfully quirky little boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart.

He gets along wonderfully with cats, dogs, and children, and loves being involved in whatever is going on around him. Whether he's chasing laser dots, playing fetch with his favorite springs, or curling up nearby, Monty is an active, loving companion who brings joy wherever he goes.

Monty has overcome quite a few challenges in his young life. When he was rescued, he was dealing with severe double ear infections that ultimately resulted in hearing loss, along with dental issues, nasal polyps, lice, malnutrition, and a serious upper respiratory infection. As a result, he has a slight eye discharge and will need continued veterinary monitoring for any recurrence of nasal polyps and other related health concerns.

Given his difficult start, Monty can be a little sensitive about being picked up or restrained. However, he's incredibly affectionate in his own way—offer him a lap, and he'll happily settle right in for some quality cuddle time. He's doing great on his prescription hydrolyzed diet for allergies, has excellent litter box habits, and prefers an uncovered box with lower sides.

Despite everything he's been through, Monty remains a loving, resilient, and truly special boy. He is ready to find a forever home with a single person, a couple, or a family with children who will appreciate his unique personality and give him the love he deserves.

Could Monty be the perfect addition to your family?

If you want to learn more about Monty please contact his foster mom Janet at 763-258-7853 or email janetkayg@gmail.com
