Montana's Story
Montana is an 11 month old, Domestic Short Hair. In February 2025, she and her sister Virginia were brought to the shelter due to an overcrowding situation. Montana is spayed, updated on her vaccinations, flea treated, dewormed, FIV tested negative, and microchipped.

This little lady came to the shelter as a feral kitten who had never before been handled by humans. Thanks to the work of shelter staff and volunteers she had made much progress, but is still wary of people. She is looking for a family that doesn't mind giving her space and time to adjust to a new environment.

Montana loves the company of other cats, in fact they give her confidence, so she would love to be adopted with her sister, Virginia, or to go to a home with other kitties. She is housetrained.

If you are interested in adopting Montana, please fill out an adoption application using our website (echumanesociety.org) and a member of staff will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
