If I'm not busy napping, I enjoy following "my human" around like a puppy, usually without getting underfoot (but advise watching your step just to make sure I haven't decided to nap right beside one of your feet). I love pets and being brushed, but I'm not demanding. I have a couple of favorite toys that keep me occupied for a long time (in my day, 20-30 minutes is "long!"). I'm not a lap cat (but that may be due to lack of opportunity, my foster mom is on the go nearly constantly), but I will nap beside your keyboard or nearby if you're reading or watching TV. I have THE softest fur and keep myself clean and looking bee-utiful without getting hairballs. My foster mom says I should get extra points for being easy to get into a carrier, plus I'm very food motivated and will go anywhere for something tasty! She uses her litter box dependably, loves to watch birds and squirrels through her glass doors and windows and enjoys long naps as well as any cat. Mona would be the best fit as an only cat (she'd love getting ALL the TLC) or in a home that has at least 3-4 other cats. One-on-one, she wants to be the alpha and that can challenge everyone's happiness.
