Momo (FIV+) - Pending Adoption

Momo is a 1.5-year-old snuggle bug looking for his forever family! This sweet and affectionate boy loves being wherever his people are and has perfected the art of making biscuits. Whether he is curled up in your lap for an afternoon nap or following you from room to room, Momo is happiest when he is close to the humans he loves.<br/><br/>Momo has a wonderful balance of playful energy and laid-back charm. He enjoys chasing balls, pouncing on wand toys, and showing off his nightly zoomies. When playtime is over, you can often find him relaxing on his favorite window perch, watching birds, bunnies, and passing cars, or snoozing peacefully nearby.<br/><br/>Momo currently lives with two adults and no other animals. He is confident, friendly, and loves meeting new people. He is quick to ask for pets and attention, making him an easy companion for visitors and family members alike.<br/><br/>Momo does have a torn Achilles tendon that causes him to walk with a limp, but it does not slow him down! He still enjoys playing, jumping, and exploring like any young cat. He also has a grade 3 heart murmur that should be monitored with veterinary checkups if any symptoms change.<br/><br/>Momo is FIV+, but that doesn't mean he can't live a long, normal, and healthy life! Cats with FIV commonly have average lifespans. Because FIV is spread only through deep bite wounds, FIV positive cats are able to live with FIV negative cats in stable social environments. His future family should be prepared to keep an eye on his Achilles injury and heart condition to ensure he stays happy and healthy.<br/><br/>Despite a rough start in life, Momo remains one of the most loving, gentle, and easygoing cats you could hope to meet. He has never shown aggression or attitude and greets each day with affection, curiosity, and a desire to be loved.
