Hi, my name is Momo. I am a 2-year-old, long-haired, female, calico cat. I am a gorgeous girl! I'm a shy, sweet, playful lady. As a young feral mom, I raised three kittens, who were successfully captured and found permanent homes. Now, I am ready to settle down myself! It takes some time for me to come out of my shell, but, with patience, I will warm up. Initially, you can expect me to pick a dark corner, and make it my home base. However, I respond well to affection, and can easily be encouraged to come out with pets. I especially LOVE to be petted while eating! I don't like to be picked up or held, but may learn to tolerate it with time. My favorite way to play is to lie on my side, making biscuits, while you toss mice toys to me. I am litter box trained, have no known health issues, and am well-behaved at the vet. I should be brushed regularly to avoid matting, and I enjoy being groomed! I like other cats, and would probably benefit from a confident feline companion. However, dogs and young children would likely not be a good fit - I would prefer a calm home. I am spayed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, tested for FIV/FeLV (negative/negative), and have my microchip.
