Momo's Story

Momo is a funny little kitten with a sassy streak and a big heart. She is very quirky and looking for a home that loves her for all her weirdness. While she has a sort of grumpy face, she is a total lovebug deep down! Once she feels confident, she is a huge lap cat who loves to snuggle and purr! She is often found right next to her foster mom, whether it is taking a nap on the couch or snuggled up in bed at night.

Momo loves to chase after toys and can’t resist a good tuna snack. Tuna treats are definitely the way to her heart! When she is really happy (like during snuggle time), she will flop and roll all around. She likes to meow when it is time to be fed, and loves to receive little kisses on her nose.

Momo would be happy as a solo cat or in a home with a small number of other cats. She coexists well with her foster’s resident cats, but isn’t buddies with them. She would prefer a home with no young kids or dogs, though older kids and calm dogs who can give her space to adjust would be just fine. Momo is a bit of a nervous cat, so a calm home is best.

Momo is fully vetted: spayed, UTD on vaccines, and microchipped.

If you are interested in adopting Momo, please submit an application at tgspca.org/cat-application

Taylor Co SPCA's Adoption Policy
To ensure the best match for your family, we have an application process for our adoptable dogs and cats. You can access the applications here: https://www.tgspca.org/ After your application is submitted, TCSPA will review your application and contact character references, vets, etc. As part of the review process, you may be contacted to answer questions or provide a video tour of your home. Application processing usually takes 5-7 days. If your application is approved, you will be contacted to arrange a time to meet with your potential pet and a volunteer/foster from the SPCA. The purpose of this meeting is to ensure you and the animal are right for each other. If this meeting goes well, your pet can go home with you that day! Most meet & greets end with an adoption. During the meeting, we will review our adoption contract. Once the adoption is finalized and the adoption contract is signed, your new best friend is ready to go home with you!
