Molasses's Story

Molasses: Sweet Name, Big Personality!

Don't let the name fool you; there is nothing slow about Molasses! This athletic little guy treats your home like his own ninja obstacle course, launching himself to impressive heights, climbing carpeted walls, and showing off gravity-defying jumps worthy of the Kitten Olympics.

He'll need a young feline friend who can keep up with his energy, and he'd absolutely love to be adopted with his best buddy, Spruce. Together they're the perfect mix of fun, wrestling, zoomies, and friendship.

When playtime is over, Molasses happily trades parkour for purrs. He loves being held, snuggling on the couch, and has a loud, rumbling purr. He's also delightfully chatty and chirps at the laser pointer! His signature move? Splooting anywhere and everywhere.

Molasses believes every chore is a group activity. Scooping the litter box? Sweeping? Vacuuming? Mopping? Opening the mail? He's right there, making sure you're doing it correctly.

He's wonderful with other cats, does great with dogs, rides like a champ in the car (future backpack cat, perhaps?), and would likely do well with older kids who will play with him. He can be a little shy with new people, but once you're part of his circle, he's an outgoing, affectionate sidekick who wants to be involved in absolutely everything.

As an added bonus, Molasses is an FIP survivor! He has successfully completed treatment, has been cleared by his veterinarian, and is healthy, thriving, and ready for his forever family.

If youre looking for a kitten who will keep you laughing, help with every household task, and end the day curled up in your lap with a thunderous purr, Molasses is your guy!

*Please note that most of our kitties will only be adopted out in pairs or to a home with an existing cat or furry companion--depending upon what is best for them.

If you are interested in adopting Molasses, you can find our Adoption Application and more information about our adoption process at http://www.kittycrusaide.org/adopt.

Kitty CrusAIDe's Adoption Policy
All of our adoptable pets will be spayed/neutered, up-to-date on FVRCP vaccinations, including rabies if applicable, de-wormed, and microchipped, PRIOR to adoption. Our adoption fee is $150 for a single kitten and $225 for a pair of kittens. If you find a feline friend that you'd be interested in learning more about please visit our website at www.kittycrusaide.org to submit an application. All of our animals are in private foster homes so our adoption process is 100% online. First your application will be screened and a short 15-20 minute phone interview will take place. Then one or several virtual meet & greets will be set up to introduce you to kittens that you're interested in and we feel may be a good fit for your home. A virtual home check will take place before bringing your kitten(s) home to ensure everything is safe and set-up for them. Finally, you'll bring home your new best friend! Our cats/kittens are not "first come, first serve" and forever homes are always chosen based on the best fit for each animal.
