Modern came to us from New Haven as a stray with his mom, Meow Haven, and his siblings—Sally, Frank Pepe, and Apizza (yes, named after the most iconic local pizzerias). After a tough start to life, he is still learning to trust humans and enjoy the beauty of indoor life.<br/><br/>Modern has just started to play, and it’s been wonderful to watch his personality bloom. He’s sweet, curious, and clearly enjoys being with his littermates, taking comfort in their presence. Like many kittens who grew up on the streets, Modern can be a little nervous at times and may hiss if he feels unsure—but he has shown no aggression. With gentle handling and patience, his playful, loving side really comes through.<br/><br/>He would do best in a home where he has a feline friend to help boost his confidence.
