Mochi's Story

Meet Mochi! She is a beautiful young Tortoiseshell girl who was found outside by our Executive Director, Jenny when she was helping to TNR a big group of cats in the Lawndale area of Chicago. She was so friendly and so sweet that we were excited to be able to welcome her into Heartland's cat program so that she could find a loving home to call her own! Mochi is spayed, up-to-date on her FVRCP and Rabies vaccines, and she if FIV and FeLv negative. Mochi is staying at PetSmart in Northbrook. Head there to go visit during their open hours through the windows but please email cats@heartlandanimalshelter.org to schedule a time to meet them! PetSmart Northbrook is located at 291 Skokie Blvd, Northbrook, IL 60062 and is open Monday - Saturday 9am-8pm and Sunday 10am-7pm.
