MJ Rice's Story

Hi, my name is MJ, and I am a black/brown tabby girl born on 08/27/26. I'm a playful, curious little girl with a big personality and an even BIGGER purr! One of my favorite things to do is chase my sister, Kobie, around and surprise her with a good pounce! I love ALL cat toys, but pom-poms and feathers are my absolute favorites. I'm also quite the little observer. Sometimes I like to sit back and watch everything going on around me before deciding to join the fun. But don't let my thoughtful side fool you—I'm always ready for a good game! When I'm not busy playing, I love curling up on a warm lap and getting lots of attention. Give me some love, and I'll reward you with the loudest purr you've ever heard! Seriously, I'm pretty impressive. Oh, and did I mention FOOD? Mealtime is my favorite time of day! I never miss a meal, and I make sure everyone knows how excited I am when it's time to eat. I'm looking for a forever home with lots of toys, cozy laps, yummy meals, and people who will love me as much as I'll love them. I can't wait to meet you!

Colorado Feline Foster Rescue's Adoption Policy

CFFR is an all-foster-based feline rescue, and that means all of our kittens and cats are safe and warm in foster homes at all times. If you see a kitten or cat you are interested in, submit an online adoption application by copying and pasting this link: https://www.coloradofelinefosterrescue.org/applications-availability, into your browser, then clicking the "APPLY NOW" button. (You may also apply to pre-qualify to adopt while you're waiting to find your purrfect companion.) Once your application is received, an adoption counselor will reach out to you to discuss your application either by phone, email or text. When your application is approved, the foster parent of the kitten or cat you are interested in will reach out to you to set up a virtual or in-person visit. If after that meeting, you and the foster parent agree it's a match, the foster parent will let us know, and you will pay your adoption fee online and schedule a time to pick up your new family member (or members!). Paperwork is completed via email. If you have a question at any time during the adoption process, feel free to email us at info@coloradofelinefosterrescue.org. Our adoption fees can be found on our website, www.coloradofelinefosterrescue.org All kittens/cats are vaccinated, dewormed, neutered/spayed and microchipped prior to adoption.
