Misty's Story
Introducing Misty

Misty was number 21 of the 22 cats abandoned in Kaz. Despite everything she has been through, she is one of the sweetest, most affectionate cats we have ever come across. Our vets estimate that she is about one year old.

She is currently being fostered in Ottawa with some of the kindest, most attentive fosters we have ever worked with. When Misty first came into care, she was extremely ill and required an emergency visit, followed by another vet appointment the next day. It was touch-and-go for a moment, but we are so incredibly grateful we were able to bring her in and get her the care she needed. Today, she is healthy, comfortable, and thriving.

Misty was spayed on February 9 and is recovering beautifully. She has received her first FVRCP vaccine, her rabies vaccine, deworming (she had a significant parasite load), and she is now microchipped.

This sweet girl absolutely melts in your lap. She is a champion cuddler and truly just wants to be close to her people. We think she would likely do well in a home with other cats and possibly even dogs, although she has not been dog-tested.

She has a follow-up appointment on March 12 for her booster vaccine, an additional health check, and further deworming.

If you are interested in meeting Misty, please email tnr.lapeche@gmail.com for more information.

--

Voici Misty
