Misty's Story
How this pet arrived: Misty was brought in by a community member on May 2, 2026.Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Misty! Misty is still learning how to interact with the world! Because of this, she can be a bit shy when meeting new people. The way to Misty's heart is through lots of positive interactions, gentle encouragement, and patience while she warms up to you. She will need to be kept in a small, quiet room at first as she settles into her new home and should be allowed to go at her own pace. Misty would do best in a home with children who are 8 years or older and able to understand her need for a calm, respectful environment. She would also thrive in a home with another friendly, social cat or kitten to help her build confidence and feel more secure. Just think of the special bond you'll share because you helped Misty come out of her shell! Please be sure to bring a secure cat carrier for a safe ride home!Shy/Fearful Cat: Misty requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them. Primary Color: Blue Secondary Color: White Weight: 1.7lbs Age: 0yrs 0mths 12wks Animal has been Spayed
