Misty

Misty was born on a dairy farm about April 2025. She was surrendered to a rescue as she is much too friendly for farm work. Misty is very petite and will likely look kittenish her whole life. She is a lovely cat who loves to be around people and other cats. Prior to coming to Cat Rescue Network, she lived and got along well with cat-friendly dogs. <br/><br/>Misty loves humans and loves attention, but is also very able to play on her own and keep herself entertained. She likes to cuddle up with you on the sofa or chair but is also content to hang out nearby. <br/><br/>Misty needs lots of stimulation and some good space to run around when she gets the zoomies. Despite her youth and energetic spirit, she is quite affectionate and is responding well to training (i.e. being careful with her claws and not scratching furniture). Her fosters really enjoy having her snuggle and sleep with them on the sofa while they watch tv - with Misty chirping melodiously while she purrs.<br/><br/>NOTE 1: Spays, neuters, first vaccinations and vet checks are included in the adoption fee.<br/><br/>NOTE 2: Because a young kitten needs feline companionship, it is the policy of Cat Rescue Network that kittens 6 months or younger be adopted out in pairs unless there is another kitten or young cat already in the home.<br/><br/>NOTE 3: Cat Rescue Network only adopts their cats to homes in the National Capital region of Canada
