Miss Honey (Spayed) (Special Needs..Leg Amputated)

Miss Honey is an adorable 9-month old female kitty who was brought to the HSOV on April 30th 2026 by a Good Samaritan who found her on State Route 339 in the Belpre Ohio area. This little sweetheart was in desperate need of medical attention since it was apparent that her right hind leg was broken.<br/><br/>Thankfully, one of our compassionate local veterinarians accepted her as an emergency patient that same day. Unfortunately, Miss Honey's leg had to be amputated since it wasn't able to be saved ... But this young lady recovered quickly and soon learned that she could run faster on three legs than some of the four-legged kitties (and perhaps some of the two-legged kennel techs) (Smile).<br/><br/>Miss Honey has a brown tabby shorthaired coat, a long ringed tail, and the cutest kitten face with golden eyes, a dusting of white on her muzzle, a brown velvet nose, and extra-long white eyebrows and whiskers.<br/><br/>Miss Honey is as sweet as her name implies, and she has an affectionate outgoing personality. Miss Honey is good with children but doesn't seem to be a fan of other cats. <br/><br/>Miss Honey was given vaccinations, flea treatment and Pyrantel dewormer on May 1, 2026. She weighed 4.2 lbs that day. Miss Honey was given booster vaccines on May 19, 2026.<br/><br/>Miss Honey was spayed on May 18th 2026 and was also given rabies vaccine. She is a petite young lady who weighed just 4 lbs that day.
