Miso

Meet Miso!

Miso is a three-legged little lovebug with a BIG heart and an even bigger appreciation for lap time! He recently came to AFRP from Hitchcock Road Animal Services due to their overflowing kitty population.

This sweet boy adores his people and loves nothing more than curling up beside you, purring softly, making biscuits, and giving little nose pecks. Miso is happiest when he's close to his humans. He'll softly meow to ask you to follow him, keep you company while he snacks on his kibble, and even tries to rub his head against your hand through the window when he sees you outside. He loves his cat tree, toys, cozy beds, and, of course, a good cardboard box.

Despite having only three legs, Miso doesn't let that slow him down! He's getting stronger every day and can climb all the way to the top of his cat tree. He's still a little shy with new people, but his confidence is growing as he settles in. He's also learning about dogs and seems comfortable with them as long as they give him some space.

Miso would love a home where he can spend lots of time with his humans, follow them around, explore, play, and soak up plenty of affection. He's a very special little guy who has so much love to give! It is currently unknown how he may be in a home with other kitties or pups, but any introductions to a new animal in the home should be done slowly and over time!

Interested in adopting Miso?
