Miriam is a little fearful of other cats. She is getting better with the exposure to other cats during play time. likes to be petted but not held. She will need time to warm up to her new space. She likes to sit in windows and watch the world. Miriam is litter trained, but needs a high sided/enclosed litter box because she stands on her tippy toes.<br/>Spayed and up to date on shots, Rabies & FVRCP.

Johnstown Animal Welfare Society's Adoption Policy

Adopters have to complete an application that includes personal references and a veterinary reference. I have volunteers that check on the references, and we confirm that they have properly vetted prior pets. They also have to detail other pets in their current household, and confirm that they will not declaw.
