Miracle's Story

Miracle is a shy and sweet kitty. He needs someone who has patience to show him lots of love and attention. He enjoys playing with the other foster kittens and cats. Miracle had a tough start in life. When he and his sister Una were rescued they both had severe eye infections. It was so bad that they could hardly see. They ended up in a Pet ER for 11 days. Miracle's right eye lid droops a little which is the result of the infection. MIracle's eye does not stop his movements such as with jumping and playing with toys or other cats.<br/>He would do well in a home with other cats.<br/> It would be wonderful if you could find it in your heart to give Miracle a loving home? He has been waiting a long time for his forever home.<br/><br/>The only special needs for Miracle is love!

Lucky Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy

Prospective adoptive parents fill out an application either at an adoption location or online. (Online is best because it gets e-mailed directly to Lucky Cat Rescue volunteers and is checked numerous times daily.) A Lucky Cat Rescue volunteer reviews the application, checks veterinarian references, personal references, etc. The volunteer contacts the prospective adopter to set up an interview. The prospective adopter completes an interview with a volunteer adoption counselor. If the adoption counselor approves the adopter, a Lucky Cat Rescue volunteer arranges a time for the adopter to meet the cat (if they have not already been acquainted). If the adopter and the cat are a good match, the adopter fills out the rest of the adoption paperwork and takes his or her new companion home.
