You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Minny came in as a surrendered cat through AC. She was then spayed, vaccinated, flea and worm treated. Also treated for an upper respiratory infection. She is very affectionate and loves attention. She will need continued L-Lysine treatment to help her chronic issues. It is easily added to her food and she is doing much better. This girl has high energy and is very curious. Very playful, will do love bites if she is in super play mode. Potential adopters will fill out an adoption contract. You must be willing to have a home visit prior to being approved. The adoption contract covers the following items: -you can not declaw the cat -if the adoption does not work out, or if at any time you can no longer care for the cat you will contact Mountain Cats and return the cat -you can not sell or give away the cat for any reason -the cat will be an indoor cat unless Mountain Cats and the adopter have made other arrangements Adoption fee is $100
