At only about 8 months old, Minnie May has already endured more than any kitten should. She was found outside in North Philadelphia, painfully thin, terrified of people, and simply trying to survive. Her little body tells the story of the life she's lived-scabs on her nose, a long scar running from her shoulders to her tail, and countless signs of hardship.<br/><br/>When Minnie May came into our care, we discovered something incredible. Beneath the fear was a sweet, affectionate kitten who had simply never felt safe before. Once she realized she was no longer fighting to survive, she began making biscuits, rolling over for attention, and soaking up every bit of love she could get. She's also a very talkative girl and responds with chirping any time you talk to her. <br/><br/>She is still a kitten, so she has a lot of energy and loves playing.
