Minnie's Story

Minnie is a sweet girl, approximately 12 weeks, who was dumped at a feral colony. She is adjusting well to indoor life and loves to cuddle and play with other cats, but she prefers not to rough house. Minnie is very social and confident. She even likes to be held and carried around.<br/><br/>She’s had age appropriate vaccines, tested for FIV/FeLV (neg/neg), but is not yet spayed.

The Isle of Wight County Humane Society does in-person interviews to be approved as a home. There is no paper application to fill out before an adoption event. We reserve the right to approve or deny a prospective adopter based on what we determine is in the pet's best interest. We are an all volunteer foster based rescue and we do not operate a physical shelter or have business hours.. Our adoption events are the best way to meet our pets and be interviewed.
