She came to us from a hoarding situation alongside her litter of kittens, and after spending so much of her time devoted to caring for her babies, it's finally Mindy's turn to be the one who is loved, spoiled, and cherished.<br/><br/>When Mindy first arrived, she was understandably shy and uncertain about her new surroundings. The world had not always been kind to her, and she needed time to learn that she was finally safe. With patience, gentle encouragement, and plenty of kindness, Mindy has slowly begun to let her guard down, and watching her confidence blossom has been truly rewarding.<br/><br/>Each day, Mindy grows a little braver. She's learning that people can be trusted, that treats and cozy beds are wonderful things, and that she deserves all the love and comfort a forever home has to offer. While she may still be a bit reserved at first, beneath that cautious exterior is a sweet soul just waiting for the right person to help her continue her journey.<br/><br/>Mindy is searching for a patient and understanding family who will allow her to settle in at her own pace and celebrate every small milestone along the way.
