Millie.... available "soon" 's Story

Millie is one of three kittens looking for a home! She is feisty and playful... would love to go with one of her sisters - or at least to a home with someone to play with! Millie will likely be spayed and available in February! She got to us at 12 weeks old so is still a little shy but plays with us and is out and about! We just need to get her across the finish line of "cuddly"! These kids were born on an empty lot and being watched over and well fed til Mom brought them to her feeding porch - they were scooped up and their Mom has been adopted! Millie has been triple tested (negative - woohoo!) and now her entire job is to eat and play and sleep! She's had two rounds of vaccines and just needs a wonderful home! She will not be spayed until she is old enough - we can talk about whether an adoption can happen prior to that... with the absolute commitment contractually that it will happen!

We first conduct a telephone interview. We require an application and references. We require a fee. We require a vet verification if appropriate. We do not let an applicant take the pet upon the first meeting. They must leave and take a 24 hour "impulse prevention" period before we agree to the adoption.
