Our Mission
For the love of cats.... Big Ds Ranch started by supporting colonies of community cats, but over the past ten years, we have committed to helping with rehoming pets whose owners have passed away or become unable to keep them. We take them in, have them treated at a fabulous vet specializing in cats, and keep them in foster until they find a great home! See if anyone strikes a chord in your heart if you are looking to add to your family! Each one has his or her story....
Adoption Policy
We first conduct a telephone interview.
We require an application and references.
We require a fee.
We require a vet verification if appropriate.
We do not let an applicant take the pet upon the first meeting. They must leave and take a 24 hour "impulse prevention" period before we agree to the adoption.
