Millicent and some friends were discovered in a local neighborhood. There were far too many to be cared for properly, so they were quickly scooped up and taken to a safe place by some animal friendly folks. They are now ready to find their forever families to love them.<br/> <br/>Millicent is such a sweet, petite little girl! She likes playing with cat springs, jingle balls, and feather toys. But most of all, she wants to be wherever you are! She's quite the little talker, and will let you know she wants to be picked up and carried around!
