He and his two brothers, George Foreman, Muhammad Ali, and sister, Hilary Swank were found in a box, dumped on the front porch of a good Samaritan, who instantly called Laurel Cats for help. During their intake exam, the medical team observed all eight ears showed significant trauma, with jagged and scared edges, and all missing the tips of their ears. A vet visit confirmed the worst of our fears, likely someone cut their ears with scissors. In spite of their deformity, these four little kittens are thriving, growing bigger each day and have chosen to 'forget' the conditions of their ear issues. <br/><br/>Mike Tyson is a playful and vocal kitten. If left alone, he will sing the songs of his people so you will not forget him. He is the most voracious of the boys while playing, running laps around the room almost forgetting there are toys. When he has tired and wants to nap, he will flop over at your feet and turn into a little plushy, who you can bend, flip and flop without a care! An incredibly cuddly little freak!<br/><br/>Mike Tyson is up to date on his vaccines, de-wormed, and microchipped. He would do great if adopted with one of his brothers, but would also do well with another kitten or cat in the home. Since he has never been alone, he may be best suited to be with a human who is home most of the time until he is older (he does not like to be by himself). Though Mike lost the largest portion of his ears comparatively, he boldly struts around un-phased. <br/><br/>Mikey Tyson will be available for adoption following his neuter surgery this week. Apply to adopt this confident and enthusiastic kitten today, for he will surely be the most popular at all of the kitten events! Please consider adopting him with one of his brothers. Kittens adopted together are never lonely and are better socialized.<br/><br/>You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash).<br/><br/>NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility. <br/><br/>Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved.
