Meet Mickey! This super sweet boy was very shy when he came to us. Now spends most of his days at the top of a cat tree, and lounging, watching the birds through the window.<br/>He adores being a loaf, and loves it when you come into the room to give him personal attention. We are a 501(c)(3) organization that is funded 100% by donations. We do not operate a shelter but keep our kitties in foster homes. Also please keep in mind that applications are always being processed so we cannot guarantee the availability of a kitty until your application is approved. We operate on a first approved basis. We work very hard to process applications in a timely manner but rely on your references, veterinarian, and landlord to respond so please let them know we will be contacting them. ~You must be 21 years of age or older to adopt. ~Your current pets need to be up to date on vaccinations and preventatives and they need to be altered. ~ If you are adopting a kitten and have no other pets at home please consider adopting two. Kittens thrive in pairs. Kittens: $125 Cats: $100 Before they go home our kitties are: Vaccinated age appropriately (Rabies and FVRCP) Treated for internal and external parasites* Tested for FELV/FIV Microchipped Spayed/Neutered (for kittens that is around 12 weeks of age) Started on flea prevention *Parasites are common in kittens and cats and may take time to treat completely. We cannot guarantee that your cat or kitten will be completely worm/parasite free at adoption. We do not declaw our kitties and do not allow adopters to declaw them. We require our kitties to live indoor lives. Lifetime Commitment: Please remember a kitty requires a 100% committed family for the kitty&#39;s entire lifetime which is some cases can be more than 20 years. Talk this through completely with your family and make sure everyone is onboard before completing this application.
