Michael 's Story

New foster mom Jamie just shared this update on Michael and… whoa, hubba hubba 😻 What a handsome guy.
This guy is 2!
Michael was a stray in Enfield who was sadly left behind. He spent his days going door to door in the neighborhood looking for help, and thankfully several kind people made sure he had food and care until we could get him safe. But outdoor life is no place for a friendly cat, especially in New England.

Now Michael is officially part of ECCP and fully vetted — neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and SNAP tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Most importantly? He is an absolute lover boy. ❤️

Michael is settling into foster care beautifully and seems incredibly grateful to finally be safe indoors where he never has to fend for himself again. We think he would do great with another friendly, mellow cat and likely children over 5.

If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion, Michael may be your guy.
