All potential adopters must complete an Adoption Application. HSLC staff will review all applications and reserve the right to deny any application. All adopters must provide a valid photo ID and must be at least 18 years old. Dog Adoption Fee: $150.00 ($200 for dogs completing training program) Includes up-to-date vaccines (for their age), microchip, spay/neuter, heartworm tested and on flea & tick preventatives. Any dog waiting to be spayed or neutered can be pre-adopted. That dog may not go home until after it has been spayed or neutered.
