Mia's Story

Adoptable!

Beautiful Mia, the Siamese, is looking for her forever home!

Mia is approx 2 years old, female, spayed, vaccinated, FIV/FLV negative, dewormed and microchipped.

Mia is friendly and loves to have her head pet. She does get over-stimulated, especially when her tail or hind end is Pet and she will nip (hard but not enough to break skin) so she should not be placed into a home with young kids. She does well with the cat-savvy, 8 year old, in her foster home.

Mia is very scared of the dogs in her foster home and we believe that she would do best in a dog-free environment to keep her stress level down. She doesn't love new cats but we believe that she would adjust to other cats if given a slow and proper introduction.

Mia uses the litter box and her scratching post. She likes to play and isn't overly chatty for a Siamese. She bonds very closely to her people and is fairly independent but she is very happy to see her people at the end of a busy day. She would be perfect for a quiet home with working individuals who want a companion but don't want to feel guilty leaving them home alone during work hours.

Mia is being offered for adoption to an indoor-only, quiet home with no dogs. Preferably someone with Cat or specifically Siamese experience. This is where she will be happiest. Her adoption fee is $250 to help offset her vetting expenses. She is located in Halton Hills, ON.

If you'd like to adopt Mia, please send us a private message with your email address so that we can discuss details with you and send you the adoption application.
