He and his brothers, Jolly and Cheer, had a rough start in life, living out of a dumpster at a construction site, but Merry has come a long way and is now ready to find his forever home.<br/><br/>Though he's the most skittish of the three brothers, Merry has shown incredible courage and curiosity. He's now the first to run up and greet his foster when they enter the room, purring happily for pets and attention. He's a pro at catching toys in midair and loves interactive playtime as much as cuddles.<br/><br/>Merry still gets startled by loud noises or sudden movements, so he would thrive in a calm, patient home that understands shy kittens and gives him the time he needs to feel safe. With gentle guidance, he has blossomed into a sweet, loving companion who is eager to show affection.<br/><br/>Ideal Home:<br/>Merry would do best in a small family (1-3 people) in any type of home where he can feel secure and loved. He's excellent with children and would benefit from a patient environment that continues to build his confidence.<br/><br/>A word from his foster:<br/>"I am so proud of Merry. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals.<br/><br/>A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process.
